If you feel you need to return or exchange an item, there are few situations where we can offer you a refund, exchange or replacement of the item:
- The item has to be returned to us within 7 working days
- The item has to be in unworn, and in their undamaged original packaging.
All orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail prior to delivery and after we receive your payment.
Please note that shipping fee will not be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING EXPENSES Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless we sent a wrong size or item then we will pay the shipping exchange costs.
We are not responsible for a loss or delay of packages being returned to us and recommending a use of tracking and insurance options provided by a postal carrier.
